Apple Pear Cocktail


50cc Vanilla Infused Vodka, filtered (we soaked about 3 vanilla bean pods in 150ml Vodka and left it for 3 days)

70cc Mountain Fresh Apple Pear Juice

5 tsp honey

Ground Nutmeg (for sprinkling on cocktail and mixing in cocktail)

10 cc of freshly squeezed lime juice

A slice of Apple

5 dashes of Angostura Bitters

The How To

Start by shaking the honey, 40 cc vodka, juice, lime, angostura and a sprinkling of nutmeg in a cocktail shaker with 3 to 4 cubes of ice. Slowly pour the remaining 10cc of vanilla vodka so it forms a layer on top of the cold cocktail. Sprinkle a little nutmeg on the foam and finish off with a slice of apple on the side of the glass! Enjoy, this drink is perfect for any festivity or an evening drink!
